The staff at the King Oscar Convention Centers would like to introduce you to Pierce County’s
most accommodating banquet facilities. The Tacoma convention centers offer over 15,000
square feet of flexible and professional meeting space.

Outstanding customer service and reasonable rates are the foundation of the King Oscar
Convention Centers. Our standard banquet room rental rates include set-up, tables (both round
and rectangular), chairs and white table linens.

We know that your event’s success is essential, which is why we provide a personal touch to
our service. When questions arise, we are accessible, available and happy to answer them for
you.

The business to business partnerships we’ve developed with the community’s most outstanding companies affords our clients access to a wide variety of meeting and event services. We will work with you and provide event resource referrals for everything from flowers to music to ensure that you have everything you need for your event.

For smaller, more intimate smaller meetings, our 15 breakout rooms in Building Two, located immediately south, are the perfect fit. We are easily located, just off of 1-5, provide complementary airport shuttle service and boast ample complementary parking around the convention center for 400 cars.

For the convenience of all our guests, our Building One Convention Center rooms and lavatories are located on the first floor, and comply with all state ADA regulations. Our Building Two rooms all have elevator access, and serve as terrific training, seminar, classrooms, or breakout rooms.

Conveniently located off the main highway I-5 between Olympia and Seattle WA, the King Oscar Convention center is an ideal location for business and leisure group functions.

Located within minutes of McChord Air Force Base, Fort Lewis, Pacific Lutheran University, Point Defiance Zoo, Park and Aquarium; and only one hour away from shopping at Seattle's Pike Place Market, hiking the trails of Mount Rainier or walking the shores of the Pacific Ocean.

When refreshments are needed, we offer choices. Clients may select from our Preferred Caterers list, use a caterer of your choice or bring in your own food. The choice is yours! Oscar's Restaurant at the Tacoma Inn can provide full service catering. (253) 548-2419, if you prefer.
